      5 Pro Tips to Make Unmolding Your Cake stress-free

      You’ve spent hours in the kitchen working on your next cake. Whether it be for a wedding, a birthday party or a company meeting, making a sweet treat takes a fair amount of time and effort.


      That is, until you unmold it the wrong way and the cake breaks, ruining all your hard work.


      Don’t worry; this isn’t a rare phenomenon. While cake molds are fun and creative ways to turn a bland cake into a jaw-dropping culinary creation, they can also cause some frustration if you don’t get the technique right.


      Here are some expert tips to follow when using baking molds:

      1. Line Your Pan Before Baking

      Regardless of what dessert you hope to bake, lining your pan is an essential step. When it comes to cake molds, nonstick spray with flour tends to be the best choice, as it prevents the batter from mixing with grease. Don’t be afraid to be generous with the amount of spray you use!
